Try the different eartips to get the right fit, and make sure you get them the right way up in your ears. Got it wrong first time and wondered where the bass was! Quality seems very good, sound is also good on first listen. Recommended

Have to say , very impressed with the M100, sound great, fit great, NC works, and great features considering the price I paid (sub £90 with ebay discounts). Only criticism I might have is that the charging case is on the chunky side. Can live with that !
