It came very tightly wrapped in plastic; and was placed under a heavy dustbin overnight to get the plastic to lie flat. I found it easier to cable tie the baffle up from the bottom whilst wrapped round the bird feeder post; this then gave a reasonably tight fit on the metal post. There are two clamp fixings with nuts and bolts, but I didn't use these; the 4 small cable ties are reasonable quality. Two days in and so far a good deterent
