Usually I don't have any issue with you as a supplier as I've bought many bentonite clay from you before and they've always arrived in pristine condition. However this last order, the seal label was ripped, which makes me question the product now. The tub was also covered of clay because the seal wasn't there. I've attached the photos below . Please advice how you intend to resolve. I'm sure it's perfectly fine to use, but receiving a brand new item where seal has been broken
