These terms relate to the online shopping portal hosted by eBay for By Aurora UK Ltd. These Terms and Conditions are between By Aurora UK Ltd and you, and applies to all transactions. Please read this Agreement carefully before you place your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We always try to pack and ship your order within 24 hours, although we cannot always guarantee this as occasionally we will need extra time to produce and allow the products to fully set before shipment. If you require your goods urgently, please contact us via eBay contact manager or via telephone on 07813 700296. When your goods are packed we will ship as per the service you have paid for. Standard delivery is normally Royal Mail 48, which should take between 3-7 working days. Alternatively we may ship via Hermes, with a similar shipping lead time. Urgent shipments are usually shipped via UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK. European and worldwide shipments will be via the lowest cost shipper offering a registered service which may take up to 14 days depending on the supplier. Again if you require your goods within a certain time, please contact as as above to let us know prior to ordering. Please note, Royal Mail 24 and 48 are not guaranteed services and may take anywhere up to 21 days without compensation.

Damaged / Missing Goods:
When goods are delivered via a carrier it is your responsibility to check that the package has not been damaged on route by the carrier – most carriers have the customer sign that the goods have been “received in good condition” – if you are unable to check the delivery fully before signing please ensure you cross this phrase out and clearly mark the consignment note “UNCHECKED” otherwise the carrier will be unlikely to honour any claim which may arise once the goods have been checked.
If goods do arrive damaged please notify us with 48 hours of receipt after this time we will be unable to consider any claim for missing / damaged product. Unfortunately many carriers require photographic proof of any damage. As such we will require you to keep all packaging in the event of a claim for damage to goods. Please take images of the damaged packaging and items and contact us via info@byaurorauk.com
If goods are damaged / missing we will supply replacement product or alternative goods to the original order value – it is not company policy to offer a cash refund under such circumstances.
If Royal Mail services have been used by By Aurora UK Ltd in good faith to deliver the goods to you and the goods have not arrived, and where the goods were not requested via any express service – you must allow up to 14 days after the date of despatch before we are able to claim for the loss of goods – it is recommended to opt for express services if possible.
If you have decided to use the Ebay export service, please take up your query direct with Ebay as we have no access to this

Acceptance of Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance by By Aurora UK Ltd. Your order will have been accepted by the provision and supply of a Confirmation of Order from us. At this point, a binding contract will be created in accordance with this Customer Service Agreement. If the item you require is out of stock, or the price has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will contact you to advise such. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed or not.
