    Defender rear carpet, arrived damaged as it was folded in box and must have been crushed by a heavy parcel in transit. Because of this there is an area where the backing is split. I have messaged several times asking politely what can we do to rectify this between us. It’s been a couple of weeks and still no reply. Hence the negative feedback. Apart from this, all good otherwise. Just poor packing and no customer communication when a problem arises.
