    Having purchased four plants two weeks ago and been vey happy with them I went ahead with an order for this plant trusting the example photo. This is a plant that normally flowers into October so I was surprised to receive it minus many of its leaves and the remaining all going brown already. The bottom two weak branches fell off when planting it. I will keep my fingers crossed that it blossoms into a healthy plant next season. I messaged the seller with my concerns but have not had a reply.

    I try and reply to all messages within a couple of hours, but always within 24 hours when really busy, so I think it a little unfair that this customer is implying that I have not replied. It is very difficult at this time of the year when the leaves on herbaceous plants are getting their autumn colour and falling, but I have said I will replace the plant for another variety or do a refund.

    Had not received a reply at the time of feedback. Your listing did state this plant continues into autumn when little else is blooming. Have since been contacted and the seller Lynn has bent over backwards to resolve the issue and is sendind a replacement plant. Much appreciated. Thank you.

    Roots and soil were dry on arrival so leaves half dead, so have soaked it and planted in hope it survives, plant was beautifully packed with invoice inside, there was also a hand written plant label which was handy to pop in pot when I repotted it up.
