    My cream of choice

    Very fast and effective at preventing pressure sores turning nasty. It is also suitable if a sore does get troublesome and the skin becomes open which many creams (such as the ProShield creams which are usually supplied on prescription) are not. Only needs a very tiny amount to be effective which means it is not as pricey as it first appears. Durable too, it does not wipe off as soon as it is put on but it is not heavy and stick either. A health care pro put me onto this ages ago and is the only one I buy.

    Versatile barrier cream, helps healing of open wounds

    Brilliant product for healing bed sores, open wounds, hard to heal cuts, keeps flies, dirt, etc out of open wound and forms a barrier to protect the open sore whilst it heals underneath. District nurse used it on my Mums back when she was bedridden for a fortnight and her sore was less painful immediately ad healed quickly. Wonder if it works on ulcerated legs which aren't healing up...worth a try. My old pony has open sore on his back after having winter rugs on and I'm putting this cream on to stop flies invading the open wound. It's healing up nicely.

    It is a barrier cream for moderate skin damage, and works well for me

    This product works so well for me. I am in a wheelchair and likely to have the start of a pressure sore. This cream helps heal the area before it gets worse. I recommend it to everyone

    I have used this for a couple of years on my dogs as recommended by vets. I know it is for humans but has stopped my dog from getting urine burns which I am sure would be the case for people.
