    Item arrived in I would say was as described, an open box, everything was still factory sealed except the receiver the factory wrapping was slightly torn and not taped, but the unit so far is working great, I downsized from my TX-NR636 a 300 Watt Onkyo to this one less power but with a newer On Screen and upgraded Dolby Atmos & Dolby Vision lacking my other Onkyo!!!I am very pleased and the unit is sounding great so far!!

    Solid piece of hardware with room to grow at the right price

    Very easy to setup and use. Hard part was making sure reconnecting the wires for specific speakers zones from the old Marantz to the Onkyo. After that it was butter the rest of the way after following the directions on screen. Bought this to future proof my old Best Buy Geek Squad media room circa 2012. It has all the features not available back then especially with streaming technology and SONOS speaker integration . The 4k is a plus once I get Santa to bring me a 4k capable projector. Solid piece of hardware with room to grow at the right price

    A good receiver

    A great unit. works well with my old bose speakers. It has many options available for listening but is somewhat confusing when I try other inputs other than the surround sound DVD and streaming box. I have put a lot of music on a usb drive but I can't seem to access the music.
