Yes, it does fit, but it's not a direct replacement as the strimmer head does not have the recess for the splines on the output shaft. This means the Strimmer head sits proud by about 8mm. To resolved this I fitted a large rubber grommet over the splines to fill the gap between the strimmer head and the existing steel washer on the output shaft of the UMK435. Other than that it works fine for the price.
