    I contacted this seller about a fault with this meditation stool as one leg was loose. A simple question to possibly send me a replacement hinge. Unable to load a video via eBay or email, they refused to send a mobile nbr. A replacement was offered but they ignored the request for them to pay postage. Sorting this out myself now but stay away, I won’t be recommending this product. Shame as in 20 years of being on eBay I’ve never come across such poor service.

    Ebay requires you to send photos of the fault/problem to support your claim. You refused to send any photos/evidence to prove there is a problem with the item. If you need extra help how to use the item, please ask. All items are rigorously tested before dispatch.
