    Very easy to open, tough and excellent value.

    When my local council started a separate collection for food waste, they provided suitable bags for the 5L caddies. However they have since changed suppliers and now only provide a roll of liners on request. The new bags are not a good fit and tend to tear, so I have been trying out various alternatives. When I found MyEcoCompany I was surprised that they could supply samples, so I ordered a pack. They were not only a much better fit, but they were tougher and came in recyclable packaging. Most important was that they could be opened with very little effort. Some others were almost impossible to open, as you could not find an edge to grip. So I ordered enough to last me a year! Excellent product, at an excellent price.

    Bags leak

    These bags are a bit too small fir my food caddy and they leak which neans I have to disinfect the caddy all the time to prevent smells. I like that they fit tightly around the rim so they don't fall in the caddy. Overall, I will try a different make next time, £4.99 fir leaky bags is too expensive

    BETTER QUALITY/STRONGER THAN AVERAGE INDEED

    I'm pleased to have finally found some compost bags that do not melt down within a couple of hrs of getting in contact with moisture (ie. discarded left-overs). For the record, we do use some paper, like newspapers, but usually compost bags break down soon after the paper gets wet. Not these. Thank You.

    Excellent quality at a good price

    We are really pleased with the quality of these bags, which are lightweight but strong and a perfect size for our council-issued compost caddy, without tearing. The best thing is that they are biodegradable!
