A bit more expensive than the generic stuff you can find on this site & elsewhere, but completely worth it - you are getting the pads, the reset key (which would cost you £8-£10 separately), incredibly comprehensive & clear instructions on what to do, and a set of disposable gloves to avoid any mess/staining on your fingers, which was a nice touch. The instructions are so clear - photos & links to videos. Child's play to replace and everything worked perfectly. Thank you!

Having received the error message saying the waste inkpads were coming to the end of their life, I searched online and found the YouTube videos showing how to replace the waste inkpads and how to reset the counters. The pads arrived very quickly together with the reset key. The videos were very clear and I have successfully replaced the pads and reset the counters. Can't thank you enough. Highly recommended!!
