    The item got stuck in customs and it has been an odissey to let it through. Indeed, the seller has not been collaborative at all: their answers were bashful and concise, completely useless for solving the problem. I had to contact the courier company myself (with so many problems and difficulties involved) in order to resolve the issue.Other than that, the item arrived correctly packaged and compliant to the description, if not for the terrible "cat waste" smell that emanates.
