Received, hooked it up, flipped the switch, and held my breath! Off she went (we name our polarises). The pool was clean in about 30 minutes (one bag full). Also received a prepaid return label to send our old polaris back to this company for a $25 credit. You can t beat this kind of service. THANK YOU!

I was a bit concerned when I opened the box and noticed no Polaris markings on the top of the unit (OEM parts I had ordered in the past were clearly marked). No longer concerned since the unit works has been happily roaming around my pool and doing a great job since I installed it 3 days ago. Actually works as well, and perhaps better, than my original Polaris 380. At almost 1/2 the cost of a new Polaris, it’s a great value. I will not hesitate to use this seller again.
