    Great for connecting older graphics cards up to a newer PC monitor screen

    This adapter is ideal for converting older DMS-59 connectors to more modern equipment that uses a HDMI input. Some older graphics cards of the era (such as the ATI Radeon HD 3450) only have a DMS 59 port, which needs a converter. Now I can finally use older graphics cards with newer PC monitors and equipment. Great value and recommended.
