Box was previously opened and it appears PowerSellerUSA is essentially looking dump previously damaged or outdated models into the market. Ordered this product from the company itself, and it was vastly different that the old stock I received. Buyers beware, this item was not a "NEW" item, as described by seller. Shipper will not respond to request for help or talk to you in any way. The curtains themselves are a very big disappointment. They are sheer which I knew going in but they are like a crinkle fabric very cheap looking and the color is not even close to what is shown. They are an orange gold. going to donate them not going to go thru what no doubt would be a big Hassell with this seller
