Improved my WiFi issue
Brought this as no matter where I placed my ISP router I was having drop outs but since having this I have good connection on my cameras and can do what I wanted them to do which is protecting my home. Extremely disappointed with ring products, dis connects constantly, despite being located 1m away from router. Wifi virgin media 120+ mbs yet app suggests weak signal (pre programed) response from ring products to shift blame away from their products! Several ring items going back for refund. Wifi signal strength
Ring products need a good wifi signal and distance of more the 6 meters or a wall in line of sight to the modem degrades to signal. I was advised by Ring to upgrade to fiber, to solve the problem, which I did, still very poor strength at the Ring products. Ring, good customer support, but but you get asked to move ring products closer to the modem. We cant make our property smaller to suit Ring products.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
