    Well worth the cost.

    I had this product some years ago. i eventually thinned it out from my very large DVD & Blue-ray collection. In retrospect that was a mistake and have regreted it along the years. Recently I have begun watching the series using streamed tv. Still a very amusing and full of fun. I note it only seems to play the series in the older small format- but still fun to watch. When my used set of discs arrive they were in good condition apart from some very minor damage to the plastic case, which were acceptable, considering the low cost of the collection' I soon realized this set plays back in full screen mode. So far I have played about 8 discs with no problems. All in all- a good buy.

    Great series

    This is a great series. It was at its best up to the end of series 6. After that characters were replaced or changed due to actors either just leaving or in a couple of cases, sadly dying. Also David Croft stopped co writing which showed. They could have finished at series 6, and just had one series for each year of the war. I missed Sam Kelly's character of Hans as well. Having said that it's definitely worth watching and it has lots of very funny episodes. The packaging is not great as the discs slip easily out of the cardboard but it is complete however and great value for money.
