    The top arrived in reasonable time and as described. The issue is that it had a Royal Mail note attached to say the sender didn’t pay full postage (it was £1.50 short as it was incorrectly sent as a 2nd class letter rather than a parcel) the seller disputes that this is a parcel rather than a letter and won’t pay the fee and has asked me to take it up with my postman. Not ideal.
