A replacement set were sorted very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. This was my first experience with Peter Tyson and the customer service was excellent. The speakers themselves pack a real punch for their size and were a great price. For refurbs these are in excellent condition, I think you'd have a hard time telling them apart from new.
