I bought a delicate dress in cream color to be shipped all the way from USA to Norway. The dress was packed directly in a plastic at without any wrapping as protection around it. When I received the dress it had some minor defects in the material. I sent the seller the picture and she said that they were not present at the moment of shipment. I have to take it to a tailor to get it fixed.
