    This feedback is unfair. The item was carefully packaged and shipped the same day. Once a package is with USPS, I have no control over delays—especially during the holiday season. Unfortunately, they took two weeks to deliver a priority package, and any damage in transit was beyond my control. I responded promptly to your concerns, provided tracking updates, and even opened a case with USPS on your behalf. I also offered a refund or discount to make things right but received no response.

    Came brand new and unopened, my system read it as an 11900k. My motherboard assaulted it by turboing automatically and with some configuring it is very impressive although intel made a hot chip.
