Some items own packaging felt grubby on looks & touch, but that would be expected. I know it states multiple items, but 12 ink toner cartridges was a bit much, lol. (Hope they sell). It said not all items new as some may have cosmetic damages, but a couple of sealed items had things missing, not great. Most were good quality for the money, & for this we may buy again, if we get anything sold.
