    Didn’t pay enough postage when it did actually receive it was wrong item ,it was the only item I was waiting for all other parcels turned up by the time this one got delivered so it 100% this seller sent wrong item some contact lenses box’s when I don’t use them , terrible seller sorting issue out mistake happen yes but not sorting it out .and sending correct item .

    Firstly I paid you for the underpaid postage. even though i had no proof of it and secondly i do not sell contact lens boxes and do not have any, so i could not send them and why would I when i do sell Nomination gift pouches and have sold lots of them with no problems it makes no sense. You never requested a replacement, you just wanted a refund, so i hope you enjoy your free pouch.
