While not illegal or against ebay policies AFAIK, this is still VERY misleading and is not mentioned anywhere. Their preferred method of tracking - Tracking Ace, doesn't appear to update and seems to exist to trick Ebay's systems. About the Headphones: The headphones are a bit bass-heavy for my liking, but otherwise very good sound for the price. The bluetooth works flawlessly, so that's also good.
