    Purchased item as new. Arrived packed in an empty Pringles box and newspaper no labels/tags. Had it 5 days. Used twice and flask did not keep drink hot. Defective item. Seller refused refund saying sold as new and that I’d “used” it for “a few days”. Completely dissatisfied. Negative response from seller. Abrupt tone too. Raised dispute with eBay now pending.
