    I have fibromyalgia and a tailbone injury (doc says they don't/can't do anything and it usually resolves itself in 12 - 18 months ugh!) but this cushion is easily one of my top buys and recommendations for things that genuinely really helps even if you just have fibro or a tailbone injury, of all the seat cushions I've tried this one is easily the best, awesome quality product and it truly does work awesomely!
