    Very very good.

    I have used these for around 8 months I've had a hair transplant and needed something to beef up my hair make it healthy make it nicer make it thicker, theres no doubt that these tablets make a massive difference yeah I've changed my lifestyle drink lots of water, protein ect but they wouldn't make the kind of difference that's happened its noticeably much healthier and thicker than before it feels really strong and after about 6/7 months started seeing less hair coming out when washing it and brushing it, I'm a fan they've became part of my routine as far as I can see they're doing exactly what they say on the box.
