      The item was shipped as described, but the shipping was woefully subpar. There was only a single layer of small bubble wrap, and the shipping container was a cut down box shoddily taped together. There was ample room for the item in question to be banged around, and it was. There is damage to the exterior of the box, and one of the clips in that attaches the doll is broken off. I can understand, and do understand, some issues with shipping between Australia and the US, but this is too much.
