    My interaction with the seller was fine but eBay itself was not so fine. The package was impossible to track without getting the message, it is a mile from your house. Given eBay takes over the mailing facility, it needs to stand by that service when things go wrong. Finally the dress got here with a great deal of stress in chasing it up and the seller was always concerned and responsive throughout. Dress is as described so full marks for the seller and one mark at a pinch for eBay.
