    Diamanten haben kein Kimberley-Zertifikat und werden nicht nach den Kimberley-Vorschriften versendet (z.B. zwingend versiegelte Box, die dem K.-Zertifikat eindeutig zugeordnet werden kann, statt Druckverschlussbeutel). Die Einfuhr in die EU ist somit illegal und solche Rohdiamanten dürfen bei Ebay eigentlich gar nicht angeboten werden. Der Diamant wurde vom Zoll beschlagnahmt und mir droht eventuell noch ein Ordnungswidrigkeitsverfahren.
