It does what it says on the box. The app is easy to download connects well with the camera. Button to action is s mite slow but maybe I expect just too much these days. It’s amazing when you think you can follow someone speak to them and they can reply snd see exactly what they are doing on your property. Great resolution too. Perfect.

Firstly you have to get the thing to work, you switch it on, it tells you to look for its network, which is fine, I did that with both my phone and tablet, you download the App, it tells you to open the app and the software for installing will activate, which it doesn't, so then you press add a device on the screen and a QR code reader opens up, so you scan the QR Code on the camera and it comes back with an error message every time, even when the device is reset. I've tried to phone the technical help line in the UK which is supposed to be 24/7, didn't get an answer, I've sent numerous emails and no answer!! It says another quality Swann product on the box, made in China, well there's a contradiction!!!

Great picture, small size, easy connection. If you can use a wired LAN instead of wireless the performance and remote connection is better, I have several connected using wireless and wired LAN, the APP seems to connect more easily to the wired device.

I had a terrible time with this camera. Repeated failures to connect with wi fi and a terrible display when finally connected via wired. The display has a tendency to degrade and completely break down. It then takes around 24 to 48 hrs to reset. Contact with Swann finished when they tried to pass me over to a phone helper. The unit has operated correctly for a few days, but I am not holding my breath.
