    Better than 3rd party headsets

    It's fine. They always develop faults after a while. I don't treat them rough and still seem to go through 3 a year! Still, they last longer than turtle beach and other expensive brands

    "Official genuine" headset.

    Headset was a brand new Microsoft headset, but had the model and warranty stickers removed. I'm not sure if this is to circumvent Microsoft not allowing just anyone to sell their products but its a bit strange and was not mentioned in the listing.

    Bought as faulty.

    Bought as faulty item but seem to be a easy fix as this seems to be a common problem with these headsets. Quick search on YouTube and plenty of help obvious with the right equipment.
