    Exercise video for seniors - get it, use it, and strengthen your body to stay mobile

    The questions above are not pertinent to this product. It is a workout video. The people in a workout video are rarely "entertaining" or "engaging", in fact, they are usually obnoxious and irritating. But this is a good instructive video and the exercises are suitable for seniors with limited mobility to help them improve their bodies and hopefully be more active.

    An excellent exercise video for seniors.

    For me, it's an overall good senior beginners exercise video; it was well paced, nothing strenuous, not too long and has stretching exercises as well. Gets you moving at your own pace. I'd recommend it.
