I had requested for a replacement cover or unit, to which the seller only offered a 10% refund. They still sell the item and could have given a return replacement. Very disappointed with the level of poor service considering the item delivered was not new. More insulting I had bought another item in black and this too came with no internal packaging and with scratches to the facia.
