    I ended up mixing the blue die with Lacquer Thinner, and stopped measuring just squirted half the bottle into maybe half a cup. With water, or even thinner and a small amount of die, the solution looked good but it stained the pine weakly. I did get the color I wanted on the door, and if you let it dry, it does not rub off as someone else wrote. Have yet to seal it though.

    First time doing any wood staining

    I watched a video of how to mix it. I did a test piece first. Now my little speaker box looks awesome. I mixed it with a water base to stain it. I put some more dye in the clear urethane to make it just a little darker.

    Very Rich Color

    Awesome Color. You have to work with it to get the shade you want. You can go light, medium or rich dark with several coats. Make sure you wear gloves.

    Oh my goodness this dye is amazing and turned out beautiful especially after it was cleared it looks like a blue diamond 💎 it also doesn't take much there is a a great video on YouTube that tells you everything you will ever need to know about mixing and using I will say use lacquer thinner for the best results keda dye thank you keda
