    Good wireless headset with clear mic

    Good wireless function but probably not for bass music lovers. Wireless connection with dongle provided works great and easy to setup. Unfortunately, if you're trying to pair directly to laptop bluetooth - I had issues with my X240 series notebook. I was hoping to save one usb port from using the dongle... Battery life is pretty good as advertised. Build quality is not too bad but much more improvements can be made. The magnetic mic which was supposed to be tucked back when not being used is not properly designed when being using. User will experience where the mic could not remain magnetically tucked in due to design flaw. Overall I would give it a 4* rating.

    Works, but not great.

    I bought this device specifically for use on Conference platforms, mainly Teams and WebEx. The device pairs easily to my computer, but the sound quality is very inconsistent. Distortion and warbling audio are the norrm. I know co workers who have this model and have recommended it to me for this purpose, but I am not getting an experience that I would recommend.

    Great device

    I'm giving it "4 stars" because the audio is great, and I like the features it provides. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the battery life on the headset is a little short - about 6 hours, which isn't enough to get through a workday. Back on the 'plus' side while it IS running in bluetooth mode, there is NO degradation in performance at all. The tradeoff (short battery life) for not being tethered to a computer by a 3' USB cable is very acceptable. Just have to remember to plug it in when sitting at the desk..

    Excellent product!

    Connecting to my laptop via a dongle is so much better than a wired headset. Already have too many wire connections. You can also configure the built-in to work with your cell phone. Excellent sound in earphones. and associates tell me the microphone produces excellent sound. And it uses a rechargeable battery.
