    The items were as described (great, really) and shipped well once they were actually shipped, but the seller did not ship them within the allotted time after purchase, did not respond to my message asking when they were going to ship, did not respond to me asking ebay to contact them, and finally "responded" by shipping the item when I submitted a formal request through ebay to cancel the order. I'm very pleased with the product but not please with the lack of communication and timeliness.
