Despite this i wanted to keep the item and receive a discount in price, however seller was unhelpful and in denial about the defects that i have photos of for evidence.. Offered a refund or nothing. I believe the claims were exaggerated to pressure a partial refund. When I offered a full refund upon return, which is fair and standard, it was refused. I stand by the condition of the item
