Box arrived crushed-possibly Royal Mail again. Goods didn’t feel new. They weren’t used but seemed like they had been out of the box, tried on quite thoroughly and put back in the box very badly. This didn’t feel like a new £190 pair of boots - more a customer return that had been sent out again - with the seller not making proper checks before sending on to the next customer.
