    Yes, but this was not the sellers fault. Canadian customs blocked the shipment for some reason. The good news is Ebay covered it. They returned your money and never required a refund from me, the seller. Lesson learned, Canada does not always allow free market on used flow meter sales. I have shipped some items to Canada in the past.
