    Best creatine on the market in my opinion!

    Kre-alkalyn is a superior product compared to creatine monohydrate. It takes very little for amazing results. My favorite thing about it is it does not retain water like most other creatine on the market. I have proven this when training for a body building contest and skin was paper thin, all my friends had to cycle off to get rid of that water layer and my recovery time was at least 12 to 20 hours quicker. With the price, no loading phase and lack of water retention, you can't beat Kre-alkalyn.

    EFX KreAkalyn

    Every time I use EFX KreAkalyn my strength increases. Give it about 3-5 days for it to really enter your system before expecting a reasonable difference in strength. No you are not going to double in size in a few months. But if you need something to boost your strength and help you improve it will work. Drink plenty of water also !!!!!!
