A useful addition
Saw this being used on social media and straight away saw the advantages it could bring. Makes cooking wings very easy. Peppers go well in it too. Love the fact no more turning stuff over especially smaller items like wings. Not the easiest item to clean so make sure you soak it.

An excellent versatile product.
This is a really well made and useful product. I find the big skewers difficult to use so I have been using the fish version on my Cypriot BBQ but the food slides out of the side as it doesn't clamp tight enough as the metal bends. This holds the food tightly and the design is excellent and will fit almost any skewer that fits in a rotisserie. It would have been nice to have been able to order a slightly longer one that held more food but I can't find one. EXCELLENT! 10/10This is a really well made and useful product.
