      Great way to keep concession stand food hot

      To preface, we've been using an old metal box with a sterno insert for years in our HS baseball concession stand. The sterno often went out without us knowing, the food was usually cold if it stayed in it for too long. No more! This one works great (for the one game we were able to have before COVID 19 suspended the season)! Our customers remarked about how "hot" the hot dogs and burgers we were serving. Love being able to maintain temperature without the hassle. A setting around 3-4 usually keeps the food hot enough (160 range). The shelves are removable so that gives storage options and easier cleaning. Very simple to use. One on/off button and a temperature control knob.
