    I absolutely love this stuff. I suffer with quite a few allergies (lactose being one!) I can actually have Mac and cheese and cauliflower cheese using this and it’s packed full of flavour without the issues I would have using actual cheese! I’m so chuffed that I found tongmaster on here. If you love to cook then you really need to check them out. I can’t say that it won’t affect every lactose intolerant person but it works for me. Highly recommend. Thanks

    Fantastic mature cheese powder

    This is the second batch of mature cheese powder I've bought and I love it. I use in my sauces for mac and cheese, cauliflower cheese etc. It dissolves really well and thickens the sauce too. I used use cheddar but I've found using this powder is easier and tastier. I've also started adding some to my bread mixes with some sun dried tomatoes and herbs. Absolutely delicious I will continue to buy this regularly it's so easy to use and very versatile even for a novice cook like me. Thanks

    An essential for the larder

    I am are survivor of the war years and rationing. I rember with affection both powdered egg as well as cheese etc. I am makuing lovely omelettes etc for my wife and myself. I also find it works very well in both sauces and dressings.
