For one thing, they sent me the wrong one- I asked for the blue one with the whales, but they sent me the beige one 😡 And the fixtures are stupid - they're designed so the screws slide from side to side inside the hinges, so that when I attached it to the toilet, no matter how much I tightened the nuts, it slides about on the toilet bowl 😡🤬 I notice the seller only allows you to click on positive and not negative or neutral.
