About this product
Product Information
Brain Age is a game of mathematical equations, logic puzzles, reading exercises, and more with the curious goal of stimulating a player's gray matter. Based on the research of Japanese neurologist Ryuta Kawashima, the premise behind Brain Age is that certain regions of the brain can become more active, more "healthy," through specific, timed exercises repeated on a daily basis. Played with the touch screen positioned on either the left or right side, like a book, the game involves using the stylus to jot down numbers, draw lines between dots, and so forth, while the microphone is used for calling out colors, reading passages aloud, and various other functions.

Kawashima himself serves as the game's host and will offer pointed criticism or words of encouragement based on each test's results. The object is to make one's brain "younger" over time by playing each day for weeks or even months. Progress is charted via graph over a specified time period, with up to a year's worth of data stored in each of the game's four save files. Among the included activities are Syllable Count, Reading Aloud, Word Memory, Stroop Test, Speed Counting, Triangle Math, Connect Maze, Calculation, Head Count, and Low to High. The logic puzzle game Sudoku is also featured as a bonus, while up to 16 players can compete in a race to solve math problems.

- s***a (45)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe album doesn’t meet description since it came in English and not as advertised in Spanish. Perhaps it could have been a manufacturing error outside the seller’s responsibility since the disc was sealed. Despite that, it does not detract from the historical value of the recording. The package was delivered quickly and carefully packaged. Despite the manufacturer’s error, I gave the seller an A rating since the situation was beyond his control.
- r***s (300)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseGreat transaction!. Everything as described, and packed very well. Shipping like lightning! Most impressive shipping speed I've ever encountered. All in all, a great value and enjoyable experience. Many thanks!
- l***l (89)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI contacted the seller before my purchase to see if they could give me an offer. They immediately contacted me with an offer that was very reasonable for a hard to find Ep that was in excellent to near mint condition. They also immediately shipped my package out on the same day of my purchase and it arrived promptly. It was very well packaged and the vinyl was close to the description that was given on the grading of the Ep. A great seller with fast communication and fast service.Waitresses I Could Rule The World If I Could Only Get The Parts VINYL EP NM/NM (#226381497555)
