    I posted this item within the timeframe stated in the listing. Parcelforce did not collect on 2 collection bookings. I then had to take the parcel to the Post Office myself due to Parcelforce just not bothering to collect and lying on the tracking saying they tried to collect but did not. I have proof of this. I kept the customer informed every day and apologised for Parcelforce’s poor service. The customer never stated it was for a specific birthday date. Not really my fault. Thanks.
