Just sent in the product box which arrived dented/torn, although the product itself wasn't harmed. Cooks the food in the set program times thankfully as there isn't any way to adjust cooking times. The flex seems too short. Hence hard to position especially with all the DO NOTS listed in the instructions. Finally managed to work out how to make one portion for one person whilst staying above the 800ml minimum. In the sale so good value.
