The box only showed one brush head on the photo so contacted the seller asking if there were 3 as shown on the advert. Did not want to open the boxes in case it was not what I ordered. Unfortunately, after 3 attempts, no reply so requested a return. Did eventually get a reply, they were not happy, they claim they hadn't seen the messages.
